Terms of Service

By accessing or using axel-int.com or any AXEL product or service (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, order a regimen, or book a consultation. The Services are currently offered in the UAE, with expansion planned across the GCC; availability may vary by location.

AXEL's Services, including the AXEL Terrain Kit™, physician consultations, and supplement regimens, are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. AXEL's physicians provide functional and integrative medicine consultations within the scope described on this Site; they do not replace your primary care physician or specialist, and you should continue seeing your own doctor for ongoing or urgent medical needs.

The AXEL Terrain Kit™ is a wellness insight tool intended to support general health and lifestyle optimization. It is not a medical diagnostic test and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results can be affected by factors including water source, hair treatments, and hair growth rate, and should not be the sole basis for any medical decision. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

AXEL does not sell personalized supplement regimens over the counter. Before you can order a regimen, one of the following must occur: (a) you complete the AXEL Terrain Kit™ and receive a physician-reviewed result; (b) you submit recent lab results that an AXEL-affiliated physician reviews and approves; or (c) your own licensed physician prescribes the regimen and you upload that prescription. AXEL-affiliated physicians may decline to approve a regimen, or may recommend a different regimen than the one you expected, based on clinical judgment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@axel-int.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Prices are shown in AED, with an approximate USD conversion for reference only; AED is the definitive currency for all charges. A Regimen subscription bundles your matched formulas at a 12% discount off individual subscribe pricing, rounded to the nearest AED 5, and renews automatically each month until you pause, skip, or cancel it through your account. We may change prices prospectively; changes will not affect an order already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a physician does not approve a regimen, where fraud is suspected, or where a product is unavailable.

We ship liposomal formulas in refrigerated packaging designed to maintain 2–8°C from our facility to your door. Delays outside our control (customs, courier disruption, extreme weather) may affect the cold chain; contact us immediately at info@axel-int.com if a delivery arrives visibly compromised — warm to the touch, or with damaged packaging — so we can investigate and, where appropriate, replace the order.

Unopened, stocked products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less any shipping costs, subject to the product still being within its cold-chain-safe condition. Because a Regimen is formulated to match your individual Terrain Kit or physician-reviewed results, personalized Regimen orders [insert your final policy here — e.g. "are not eligible for return once shipped, except where the product arrives damaged or is not as described"]. Consultation fees are refundable only under the Satisfaction Guarantee described on the Consultation page, or where required by law.

Consultations are delivered by licensed physicians via secure video. You agree to provide accurate health information during intake; incomplete or inaccurate information may limit the physician's ability to advise you safely. [Insert cancellation/no-show/rescheduling policy once finalized.]

Participation in AXEL's Healthcare Professional, Brand Ambassador, or Facilities/Distributor programs is subject to separate program terms provided at sign-up, including commission rates, payout schedules, and conduct requirements. AXEL may suspend or terminate a partner's participation for breach of those terms or of these Terms.

The Site and its content — including "AXEL," "AXEL Terrain OS™," "Six Terrain Pillars™," "LXV Signal Intelligence™," and related names and logos — are trademarks or proprietary marks of AXEL. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; misrepresent your identity or health information; attempt to circumvent the physician-review gate; resell or redistribute AXEL products without authorization; or interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXEL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including any warranty that a regimen will produce specific results. Individual results vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, AXEL's total liability arising from your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to AXEL in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. AXEL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.

You agree to indemnify AXEL against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [insert Dubai Courts or DIFC Courts, per counsel's advice].

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
